Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product is in resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • Orders under R500 are subject to a flat R100 shipping fee.
